Our state of the art embroidery machines create the highest quality logos on to your garments, from shirts and baseball caps to jackets.
WE CAN NOT PROVIDE ACCURATE EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION COST ESTIMATES WITHOUT KNOWING THE FOLLOWING:
- Size of embroidery
- What the embroidery looks like, the amount of stitches used.
- Type of material, garment or cap.
- The embroidery location on the garment.
- Dis-assembly and assembly of garments if necessary will carry additional cost.
We will provide you with a maximum estimate price if you do require an estimate without the above information.
You may e-mail us a digitized embroidery machine file and we will provide you with an estimated price.
We can create custom digitized embroidery files for logo’s or text as required, or you may visit us and select one of our many pre-designed embroidery files without additional cost.
There is an once off cost per custom digitized file created with you as the exclusive user but it will stay the property of StitchOn (PTY) LTD.
The custom embroidery file will be attached to your profile on our system and only your company representative may place orders for your custom embroidery.
On bulk orders the origination cost is Free of Charge – please contact us for further details.
You can send a picture that you want us to digitize. We will digitize the the picture and we will e-mail you a very realistic pdf representation of the end result.
REQUIRED DIGITIZING ARTWORK GUIDELINES
If you wish to supply StitchOn with artwork to digitize, please follow these guidelines
- E-mail to sales@stitchon.co.za. No whatsapps…
- PDF, JPG, PNG or CorelDraw files.
- Allow 5mm bleed on all sides.
- Convert RGB and spot colours to CMYK.
- PDF files must have fonts & images embedded.
- JPG files must be at least 400dpi.
- Set black text and fine lines to overprint.
- Text, images, logos etc must be at least 5mm away from the edge of the page.
Please note that we are currently limited to 12 000 stitch designs, this will limit the design size.
The type of logo or text will determine the amount of stitches used as well as the maximum size logo or text we can design.
